    i) George Hare, late of St Neots, but now of Kimbolton, Huntingdonshire, schoolmaster ii) Thomas Bowyer Nevile Day iii) James Eland Hobson, Great Surrey Street, Blackfriars Road, and of Courland [Clapham], Surrey, esquire iv) John Hobson, Eaton Socon, miller reciting lease and release of 4 and 5 July 1838 a) Thomas Bowyer Nevile Day b) James Eland Hobson c) John Hobson reciting a suit in Chancery by bill filed on 26 July 1832 and amended on 16 January 1833 in which Robert Thorns and others were plaintiffs and a) were defendants and by Bill of Revivor filed in December 1833 wherein Susan Thorns and others were plaintiffs and a) defendants and which Bill prayed that the trusts of the will of Thomas Thorns might be carried into execution by decree of the court and that accounts might be taken and the real estates of Thomas Thorns might be sold under decree of the court. Under decree of the Court made on 6 November 1835 certain premises were put up for sale at Cross Keys Inn, St Neots on 14 July 1837 and b) was purchaser of part (other part purchased by John Jay Graves) By a further Order £900 was to be paid, plus interest, to George Hare, out of said purchase money and term of 1,000 years to be assigned as iii) should direct now in consideration of £900 (all interest having been paid) i) at direction of ii) and appointment of iii) assigns to iv) - all property assigned to i) and iii) to be held by iv) for residue of said term of 1,000 years signatures of i), ii) and iii) endorsed: receipt witnesses: George Day, St Neots Joseph Chadwell, clerk to Mr Bowyer
