reciting mortgage of 19 November 1798, and will of Robert Thorns of 22 October 1822. Also will of James Squire of 30 January 1824, and lease and release of 23 and 24 December 1828
£900 is still due upon said mortgage, iii) has agreed to pay off such sum upon having the property transferred to him
now in consideration of £900 paid by iii) to i) with approbation of ii)
i) transfers to iii)

iii) being appointed attorney for i) to get in said principal sum, if necessary
