    i) William Atkinson, gentleman William Emery, stationer John Burder Squire, merchant all of St Neots, Huntingdonshire. (executors of will of James Squire, late of St Neots, merchant, deceased) ii) Thomas Bowyer, Buckden, Huntingdonshire, cornfactor Nevile Day, St Neots, gentleman iii) George Hare, St Neots, schoolmaster reciting mortgage of 19 November 1798, and will of Robert Thorns of 22 October 1822. Also will of James Squire of 30 January 1824, and lease and release of 23 and 24 December 1828 £900 is still due upon said mortgage, iii) has agreed to pay off such sum upon having the property transferred to him now in consideration of £900 paid by iii) to i) with approbation of ii) i) transfers to iii) - said sum of £900 iii) being appointed attorney for i) to get in said principal sum, if necessary - property as in mortgage of 19 November 1798, i.e. … White Horse Inn in Eaton Socon, etc. … close of pasture formerly Attwood Fishers in Eaton Socon, adjoining and used with said Inn (3 acres) once in occupation of Robert Thorns … orchard (1 acre) … plot of land (3 roods 16 perches) adjoining on West side, allotted by Inclosure Commissioners in lieu of cottage common right to hold for remainder of term of 500 years but subject to an equity of redemption on payment to iii) of £900 and interest at £4..10s% per annum signatures of i) and ii) endorsed: receipt witnesses: Samuel Day, George Day, St Neots
