    i) George James Gorham, late of St Neots, Huntingdonshire, now of Eaton Socon, gentleman ii) John Jay Graves, Battersea, Surrey, esquire iii) James Eland Hobson, Surrey Street, Blackfriars Road, Surrey, grocer reciting mortgage of 29 April 1790 [quoted in X732/70] and assignment of 3 February 1798 [see X732/70] and lease and release of 14 and 15 November 1798 [also X732/70] relating to the White Horse ii) is desirous of having residue of term of 500 years assigned to iii) now in consideration of 5s to i) paid by ii) i) at request of ii) transfers to iii) - malting office lately erected by Thomas Thorns, deceased, on land where stable belonging to White Horse Estate formerly stood, and malting yard for remainder of term of 500 years signatures of i) and ii) endorsed witnesses: George Day, St Neots; William Hobson
