    i) Joseph Savill, St Neots, draper ii) Thomas Bowyer, Buckden, Huntingdonshire, cornfactor Nevile Day, St Neots, gentleman (devisees in trust named in will of Thomas Thorns) iii) John Jay Graves, Battersea, Surrey, esquire iv) William Day, St Neots, Huntingdonshire, gentleman reciting mortgage of 16 May 1737 a) Edward Emery b) William Emery - pieces arable (7 acres 1 rood) in open fields of Eaton Socon - pieces sward (1½ acres) in fields of Wyboston in Eaton Socon - pieces of ground (7 acres) in open fields of Eaton Socon and Wyboston term - 500 years to secure payment of £60 and interest said £60 has longsince been repaid reciting also the lease and release of 26 and 27 October 1785 reciting various deeds etc. and ultimately the will of Thomas Thorns by which premises are now vested in ii) reciting also assignment of term of 16 December 1813 1) John Hopton Forbes 2) Samuel Freshwater and wife Elizabeth Martha Blofield and Jane Blofield 3) Robert Thorns 4) Joseph Saville - said premises were assigned by 1) to 4) for residue of said term in trust for 3) reciting also lease and release of 23 and 24 December 1828 iii) is desirous of having property assigned to iv) for remainder of said term now in consideration of 5s paid to i) by iv) i) at request of ii) and on appointment of iii) assigns to iv) - said pieces of land as mentioned in mortgage - part of Backside Field in Eaton Socon (15 acres 1 perch) allotted to heirs of Richard Blofield on the enclosure of Eaton Socon for remainder of term of 500 years in trust for iii) signatures of i), ii) and iii) endorsed: witnesses: George Day, clerk to Mr Day, solicitor, St Neots James Eland Hobson, 50 Blackfriars Road
