Whereas: Frances Ashton late of London, widow, deceased by will of 30 March 1727 did appoint certain (named) trustees and did convey property to them in trust to allow the minister and churchwardens of Dunstable to take the rents. 1st year's rent and profit to be used to place one of the Charity School children apprentice and to allow him 2 suits of clothes during his apprenticeship, and 2nd year's rent and profit to set up one of the Charity School children in his trade when he has ceased to be apprentice, and so alternately.
