    i) William Law and James King, both of Eaton Socon, grocers (devisees in trust named in last will of Clement Radford, late of Eaton Socon, wheelwright, deceased) ii) Thomas Thorns, St Neots, Huntingdonshire, farmer iii) John Hall, Eaton Socon, farmer reciting: will of Clement Radford of 16 April 1807 by which he devised all his real estate in Eaton Socon to i) in trust for sale Will proved (Bedford) on 11 April 1818 said property put up for sale by auction on 28 May 1818 now in consideration of £250 paid to i) by ii) i) release to ii) - messuage near the White Horse Inn, with yard, orchard etc. (1 rood) previously in occupation of Richard Barcock and late of Clement Radford, deceased East: town street or Great North turnpike road all other sides, premises of Robert Thorns, formerly Richard Barcock and were by lease and release of 24 and 25 January 1798 made between a) James King and wife Martha William Single and wife Ann b) said Clement Radford and wife Edith c) William Halliley with covenant to levy fine released to use of Clement Radford for ever with agreement to provide copies of deed if requested especially to Edward Ashcroft, purchaser of the other part of the testator's estate signatures of i) and ii) endorsed: receipt witnesses: William Day of St Neots Nevile Day, his clerk
