    (1) Conveyance with plan dated 28 October 1875 Parties: (i) Thomas Jackson of Eltham Park, Kent, and Alfred William Bean late of Castle House, Shooters Hill, Kent but then of Danson Park Welling (ii) William Beeson of 84 Dunstable Road, Luton, smith Operative part: (i) conveyed to (ii) for £80 Property: (a) land on the New Street in Luton recently laid out and leading from the New Bedford Road called Collingdon Street and abutting on the said Collingdon Street on the S side by 30ft and on the SW side on land purchased by Charles James Davis and on the NW side on the Hertford Luton and Dunstable Railway line and on the NE side on land purchased by Thomas Smart with the right of way for (ii) to any buildings he should erect thereon With declaration barring dowering and covenant to erect a boundary fence on the SW side (2) Receipt endorsed on above conveyance dated 28 October 1875 (3) Will of William Beeson then of 50 Collingdon Street, 8 February 1907 - devised all property to his wife Lydia - Lydia Beeson and Richard Sear of Dunstable Road to be executors (4) Death of William Beeson at 50 Collingdon Street, 1 May 1924 (5) Probate granted to Lydia Beeson and Richard Sear, 4 June 1924 (6) Will of Lydia Beeson, 2 May 1924 - devised all real estate to Richard Sear, her executor (7) Death of L.
