… 4 leys greensward (1 acre) in Riseley, abutting on pightle of last mentioned cottage.
To said son, one gold ring, with a death head on it.
Upon conditions that said son pays £100 to testator's daughter Mary Fitzieoffery, which he already owes her on bond, with interest, within ¼ year after testator's decease. If not, 2 cottages etc. to go to daughter and daughter to deliver up bond.

… All his lands, both freehold and copyhold, in Felmersham, after decease of testator's wife Ciceley.
To son John, one gold ring with a death head.
To daughter Elizabeth Parradine, £10.
To granddaughter Elizabeth Parradine, £5.

All legacies of money to be paid within a year after testator's decease.
Wife Cicely appointed executrix.
Loving friends Humphrey Walcott, esquire, Thomas Wells and John Cobb, gentleman appointed overseers of will to settle disputes etc.
