- messuage in Eaton Socon once in occupation of widow Knight, then of John Hall junior and now of John Emery
- land in Eaton Socon as before (except said 1 acre 3 roods 16 perches)
- 55 acres 35 perches now divided and occupied as separate close
now in occupation of i)
iv) to be trustee for iii) if necessary
also in consideration of £1,500 paid by iii) to ii)
ii) at request of i) and appointment of iii) transfers to v)
- said messuage etc. demised in deed of 7 October 1825 and 28 January 1832
for residue of said term of 500 years in trust of iii)
