    i) John Hall, Eaton Socon, farmer and cow dealer ii) William Bowyer, Diddington, Huntingdonshire, gentleman reciting: the sale by i) to Octavius Robert Wilkinson, St Neots, Huntingdonshire, gentleman, of part of property mentioned in above deeds [?X732/61-62 onwards] reciting also: lease and release of 29 and 30 Sep 1830 a) John Hall b) William Bowyer c) Octavius Robert Wilkinson d) Josiah Barker e) John Boot f) William Peppercorn - messuage with garden and stable belonging - close of pasture ground and plantation in front (total 1 acre 3 roods 16 perches) East: Kings highway South: close and premises in occupation of William Day West and North: a) - right of way for c) through gate and over yard of a) as far as a door to be made opposite the kitchen door of said messuage in wall to be built by c) were released by a) and assigned to b) in trust for c) freed from mortgage reciting that £1,000 (part of principal sum of £2,000 has been paid off by i) to ii) but £,1000 and interest is still owing now in consideration of £500 paid to i) by ii) i) ratifies and confirms to ii) - messuage in Eaton Socon, late in the occupation of widow Knight and now of John Hall junior - pieces of land in Eaton Socon as in mortgage except close of pasture (1 acre 3 roods 16 perches) and messuage conveyed to Octavius Robert Wilkinson for residue of term of 500 years to secure repayment of £1,000 and £500 (with interest at 4½% per annum) signature of i) endorsed receipt witnesses: Nevile Day, William Mattock, both St Neots
