    Parties: (i) Oliver Searle Stevens of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, farmer (ii) Eliza Stevens of 46 Collingdon Street, Luton, widow Reciting: - death of Oliver Stevens of 46 Collingdon Street on 25 May 1914 intestate and leaving (i) his eldest son and heir at law and (ii) his widow - letters of administration were granted to (ii) on 7 July 1914 - (i) is desirous of making some provision for (ii) Operative part: (i) to convey to (ii) in consideration of his natural love and affection Property: (a) land on the N side of Collingdon Street bounded on the S by Collingdon Street with a frontage of 17ft 4inches and on the W by property of William Beeson and on N by the Great Northern Railway and on the E by a messuage late of Thomas Smart but now of Nellie Beatrice Lacey (b) the messuage with barn, blockhouse etc erected thereon now in the occupation of (ii) and known as 46 Collingdon Street subject to the joint use of a passageway lying between it and the neighbouring property of Nelly Beatrice Lacey Witnesses: - High Critchlow, Puddle River, Alberta Canada, commissioner of oaths
