    i) Mary Hoare, Brook Street, Tottenham Court Road, Middlesex, widow ii) William Hall, Eaton Socon, farmer iii) John Walker, Eaton Socon, innholder iv) William Law, Eaton Socon, grocer v) John Boot, Eaton Socon, cordwainer reciting demise dated 15 February 1797 a) Mary Hoare b) Onesimus Ustonson, Fleet Street, London, fishing tackle manufacturer a term of 1,000 years was created in - a messuage therein and hereinafter mentioned in Eaton Socon to secure repayment of £260 and interest reciting assignment of demise of 11 April 1797 1) Onesimus Ustonson 2) Mary Hoare 3) Samuel Perchard Piggott 4) William Hall 5) John Walker by which said term was vested in 5) in trust for securing to 4) the repayment of said £260 due to i) and paid to him by 4) and further sum of £200 lent by 4) to 2) (total - £460) reciting that £460 is still owing to ii) now in consideration of £460 and £1,190 agreed to be paid by ii) to i) i) releases to iv) - messuage in Eaton Socon formerly in occupation of Matthew Sibley and afterwards of James Sparrow - Home Close adjoining (2 acres 1 rood 32 perches) - close of pasture formerly called Dovehouse Close (2 acres 21 perches) - close of pasture (2 acres 2 roods 11 perches) with barn and stable erected thereon - arable or new enclosure adjoining to Bushmead Road (55 acres 35 perches) lately awarded to i) at the enclosure of Eaton Socon in lieu of other lands. all are now in possession of ii) and were given by Lewis Goodfellow and wife to i) for life and reversion, after a recovery suffered by Joseph Neate, her only child, was by said Joseph conveyed to i) and heirs property to be held by iv) in trust for ii) also in consideration of 5s paid by v) to iii) by direction of i) and nomination of ii) iii) transfers to v) - property recited in above mentioned deeds to hold for residue of said term of 1,000 years in trust for ii) signatures of all endorsed receipts witnesses: Richard Davies, Newgate Market Francis Coupees, Luton William Yates, St John's Street George Lewis George Emery J Wells 25 Mar 1801 with note attached 'April 1801 Mrs Hoare to give up the Inclosure Agreement and plan. To ask her how many Children she has? Joseph Hoare was the only Child and Lewis the Annuitant has been long since dead. Also is Eleanor Lewis (Mr Goodfellows Housekeeper) dead? because she had an Annuity of £5 per year out of the Estate'
