Cottage or tenement (being newly rebuilt) with appurtenances in Blunham, formerly in the tenure or occupation of Thomas Aspinall and now of the Reverend Thomas Craner, and also the house or building adjoining or standing newar the cottage now used as a 'Meetinghouse for a congregation of Protestant Dissenters and sert apart for Religious Worship, close of pasture adjoining containing by estimation two acres.
