Manor of Toddington conveyance (i) John Osborn of Toddington, dealer, and his mortgagee, (ii) Mary Hannah Cooke of Eastbourne, spinster to (iii) William Greatwood of Kentish Town, commercial traveller, land and messuages situated in the Upper Field, in the Parish of Toddington, measuring 3 acres and 27 perches, for the total sum of £550. Whereby the sum of £350 is to be paid to Mary Hannah Cooke and the remaining £200 to be paid to John Osborn.
