Parties: (i) Thomas George Morris of Collingdon Street, Luton (ii) The Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of the Borough of Luton (iii) Mrs Kitty Norah Pike of the Panama Hotel, Waller Street, Luton Reciting: - Z1515/1/11/7/13-14 - it has now been ascertained that the plan affixed to the conveyance of 1961 is incorrect Operative part: - (i), (ii) and (iii) agree that the plan affixed to this deed of rectification is the correct plan and should be used in the place of the one affixed to Z1515/1/11/7/13 - the parties also agree that the drains, sewers etc under or over this property and 42 Collingdon Street shall continue to be used as hitherto and maintained at the expence of the owners of 38, 40, 42 and 44 Collingdon Street Covenant: (i) and (ii) for the production of deeds Witnesses: - J.
