Account of part of Succession in Real Property of the Reverend William Adolphus Partridge of Fewcott Rectory, Bicester, Oxford upon the death of Anthony Francis Penyston (14 Dec 1917) derived from Harriet Penyston and Francis Penyston, the predecessors, under their respective wills proved at London on 28 April 1840 and Oxford on 28 July 1873. Viz.
a) Wood End Farm and lands in the parishes of Harlington, Toddington and Tingrith sold by auction for £4,000
b) Tithe Cottage, Westoning sold by auction for £350
