Robinson Limited whose registered office is 33 Collingdon Street, Luton Reciting: - Z1515/1/11/16/1 - the title deeds to the properties in the first and second schedules were lodged with Barclays Bank on 26 May 1930 as security on two Equitable Charges - the total amount owing to the bank under the said Equitable Charges is currently £5000 Operative Part: (i) to convey to (ii) for £8,469 10s Property (First Schedule): (a) two messuages formerly known as 27 and 29 Collingdon Street formerly in the occupation of (i) but now in the occupation of (ii) and which are bounded on the NW by Collingdon Street with a frontage of 32ft and on the SW by premises fronting Liverpool Road and on the SE by premises of Mrs White and on the NE by premises of A Walker [as conveyed in Z1515/1/11/2/1] (b) messuage formerly known as 29 Collingdon Street formerly in the occupation of (i) but now in the occupation of (ii) bounded on the NW by Collingdon Street and with a frontage of 28ft and on the SE by premises fronting Liverpool Road and on NW by (a) (c) land on Collingdon Street bounded on the NW by Collingdon Street and on the NE by another messuage described and on SE by premises fronting Liverpool Road and on SW by premises now in occupation of (ii) with the messuage lately erected thereon formerly in the occupation of (i) but now of (ii) and formerly numbered 35 Collingdon Street All which were recently altered, added to and reconstructed and are now known as 27a, 29, 31, 33 and 35 Collingdon Street (d) land in Collingdon Street extending on the NW side of the street by 14ft 10inches adjoining (a)-(c) and bounded on the SW side by premises of Sidney George Parker (e) messuage lately erected on (f) and in the occupation of (ii) and known as 37 Collingdon Street (f) the right of way on foot from Collingdon Street to the rear of the premises Property (Second Schedule): (g) land on the NW side of Liverpool Road bounded on the SE by Liverpool Road with a frontage of 58ft 9inches and on the S and SW by property of Edward Parker and on the W by property of Stephen Sapwell and on the N by properties of Stephen Sapwell, the Misses Higgins and Arthur Robert Child and on the NE by property of Isaac Kibby (h) two messuages, manufacturing buildings etc on (g) known as 12 and 12a Liverpool Road formerly in the occupation of (i) and Hannah Robinson but now of (ii) subject to right of way to neighbouring property Habendum: (ii) will pay the £5000 due to the bank under the two Equitable Charges Signed: - A Robinson, Director - C E Robinson, Secretary Witnesses: - C M Jeremy of Luton, solicitor
