    Parties: (i) Albert Robinson of Lansdowne Road in Luton, Frederick Foster of Biscot Road in Luton and Sidney George Parker of Lansdowne Road in Luton, all hat manufacturers (ii) the said Albert Robinson Reciting: - Z1515/1/11/5/3 and Z1515/1/11/4/6, at which times (i) and Gustavus Walter William Robinson were carrying on business at Luton under the name of A. & G. Robinson and these properties were part of the assets of the said firm of A & G Robinson - Z1515/1/11/5/4 Operative Part: (i) convey to (ii) for £2816 8s 10d Property (First Schedule): (a) two messuages formerly known as 27 and 29 Collingdon Street formerly in the occupation of George Punter and Arthur Robert Child and Frederick Scott but now in the occupation of (i) and whcih are bounded on the NW by Collingdon Street with a frontage of 32ft and on the SW by premises fronting Liverpool Road and on the SE by premises of Mrs White and on the NE by premises of Mrs Walker [as conveyed in Z1515/1/11/2/1] (b) messuage formerly known as 29 Collingdon Street now in the occupation of (i) bounded on the NW by Collingdon Street and with a frontage of 28ft and on the SE by premises fronting Liverpool Road and on NW by (a) (c) land on Collingdon Street bounded on the NW by Collingdon Street and on the NE by another messuage described and on SE by premises fronting Liverpool Road and on SW by premises in occupation of (i) (d) messuage lately erected on (c) and formerly in the occupation of Edwin William Bartlett but now of (i) and formerly numbered 35 Collingdon Street All which were recently altered, added to and reconstructed and are now known as 27a, 29, 31, 33 and 35 Collingdon Street Property (Second Schedule): (e) land in Collingdon Street extending on the NW side of the street by 14ft 10inches adjoining (a)-(d) and bounded on the SW side by premises of S.G.
