    FIRST PART (land on Liverpool Road and Collingdon Street): (1) Conveyance dated 26 May 1877 (with plan) Parties: (i) Luton Gas Company (ii) Alfred Day Batson Reciting: - properties below were conveyed to (i) by Thomas Jackson of Eltham Park in Kent and Alfred William Bean of Danson Park Willing in Kent by an indenture dated 28 October 1875 - the said lands are now considered surplus Operative part: (i) to convey to (ii) for £116 15s Property: (a) Parcel of land extending in width on the N side next Collingdon Street by 32 ft and on the S side next Liverpool Road by 14ft 6in and on the E and SE sides adjoining the property of Joshua Kingham on the W side adjoining land of the Luton Gas Company with the right of way Covenants: (ii) to erect a fence, not to erect a beerhouse and not to object to future gasworks (2) Indenture of mortgage dated 3 September 1877 Parties: (i) A.
