    Account of Succession of Anthony Francis Penyston of Newmarket Road, Norwich upon the death of Ann Norton (died 24 July 1901) in respect of the cesser of an annuity of £20 under the 4th and 5th codicils of the will of Frances Penyston, the succession being derived from Frances Penyston (the predecessor) under the 4th and 5th codicils to her will (8 March 1853) proved at Oxford on 28 July 1873, delivered by the Reverend W T T Drake (as in X732/31) of Great Gaddesden vicarage, Hemel Hempstead (Hertfordshire) and H T S Patteson (as in X732/33) - the charge of which the cesser is accounted for was deducted in the succession of Anthony Francis Penyston upon the death of John Francis Penyston (died 7 June 1893) Declaration by William Thomas Tyrewhitt Drake that it is a true account of the Succession of Anthony Francis Penyston upon the death of Ann Norton and that Anthony Francis Penyston was born on 22 February 1879 and is a stranger in blood of Frances Penyston the predecessor from whom the succession is derived Receipted for duty, the sum of £31..7s..8d, 11 March 1902
