    Parties: (i) George Punter of Luton, straw hat manufacturer (ii) Arthur Robert Child of Luton, straw hat manufacturer Reciting: - Both parties tenants in common of the premises - Z1515/1/11/2/5 Operative Part: (i) to convey to (ii) his half share in the property for £337 10s Property: (a) two messuages being 31 and 33 (formerly 27 and 29) Collingdon Street now in the occupation of (ii) and bounded on the NE by Collingdon, on the SW by (c) and the SE by premises late of Alfred Day Batson and on the NE partly by (b) and partly by the premises late of Joshua Kingham (b) messuage known as 29 Collingdon Street adjoining (a) and now in the occupation of (ii) and bounded on the NW by Collingdon Street and on the S by the premises late of Joshua Kingham, deceased, and on NE by premises of Ann Walker and on SW by (a) with the buildings thereon (c) land in Collingdon Street adjoining (a) and bounded on the NW by Collingdon Street and on the NE by (a) and on the SE by premises late of Alfred Day Batson and on SW by premises late of Miss Higgins with the messuage thereon now in the occupation of (ii) and 35 Collingdon Street Witnesses: - J G Roberts of Luton, solicitor On reverse: Conveyance dated 9 April 1906 between (i) Arthur Robert Child now residing at Alconbury, Clarendon Road, Luton and A. R. Child & Co.
