    Parties: (i) Alfred Day Batson of Luton, builder (ii) John William Rowe of Luton, dyer Reciting: - (a) to (c) were conveyed to (i) by the Luton Gas Company by an indenture dated 25 April 1879 with the covenants specified below Operative Part: (i) to convey to (ii) for £300 Property: (a) land in Collingdon Street in Luton extending in width on the NW next to Collingdon Street for 14ft 10inches and on the SE side adjoining a wall belonging to (i) and separating this land from the neighbouring premises, also belonging to (i), and on the SW and NE sides bordering other properties belonging to (i) (b) the tenement or building recently erected on (a ) by (i) (c) rights of way to the property Covenant: (i) to produce deeds (ii) not to allow to be built on the premises a public house, beer house, bleach or dye house, or refreshment house or to carry on such business in any building on the site before the expiration of 99 years from the death of the survivor of the several persons now living upon whose respective lives there is any policy or life insurance effected with the National Provident Institution, Gracechurch Street, London (ii) not to make any objection to the existence of the gasworks or future gasworks in the neighbourhood or to the manufacture of gas or its residual products, smoke or effluvium arising from the process Witnesses: - W.
