Parties: (i) George Kingham of Stanley Street in Luton, builder and John Kingham of the same place, retired dyer’s clerk, trustees of the estate of Joshua Kingham (ii) Henry Richard Stanbridge of Rothesay Road in Luton, warehouseman Reciting: Joshua Kingham, journeyman dyer, died at 6 Liverpool Road, Luton on 4 December 1889 seised of the below property and by his will dated 14 May 1888 he devised the following properties to his wife Sarah Kingham and after her decease to his sons (i) upon trust to be sold -His freehold dwelling known as 6 Liverpool Road with the three messuages adjoining being numbers 4, 8 and 10 occupied by George Sale, Barbara Cosier and Elizabeth Gentle - One messuage in Collingdon Street occupied by Miss Cawdell - All other real estate in his possession Sarah Kingham died at 10 Liverpool Road on 27 January last Operative Part: (i) to convey to (ii) for £177 10s Property: (a) messuage known as 29 Collingdon Street in the occupation of Susanna Cawdell bounded on the NW by Collingdon Street with a frontage measuring 28ft and n the SW by other premises lately of (i) and on the NE by premises of Ann Walker and on the SW by premises belonging to Messrs Punter and Child Covenant: to produce deeds Witnesses: - Sidney Charles Weston, clerk to George Bailey of Luton, solicitor
