To be sold by auction by Mr John Cumberland at the Red Lion Hotel in Luton on behalf of the vendors Lots 1-4: adjoining plots of building land on Dunstable Road Lots 5-7: freehold building land on the corner of Liverpool Road and Collingdon Street Lots 8-14: freehold building land on Collingdon Street, all extending backwards towards the Great Northern Railway Lot 15: freehold meadow land comprising 2a 2r 27p suitable for accommodation land or large manufacturing premises, on the north side of the Great Northern Railway and abutting on the west on land of the Luton Gas Company, with approach from the New Bedford Road Lot 16: meadow land comprising 3a 1r 30p on the south side of the Great Northern Railway and extending from Dunstable Road to Liverpool Road and Collingdon Street Lot 10 was purchased for £100 by William Pateman of 13 Dudley Street.
