Manor of Toddington admission of (i) Elizabeth Hobley, the widow of Samuel Hobley, and (ii) Mary Hobley, the wife of William Hobley, under deed of 4th January 1828.
Elizabeth Hobley and Mary Hobley to be admitted as tenants to a piece of land situated in the Parish of Toddington, measuring 1 acre and 27 perches, bounded on the East by Hockliffe Road, and also a piece of land situated in the Upper Field, measuring 3 acres and 27 perches, and also a piece of land in the Upper Field measuring 1 acre, 2 roods and 2 perches, for the yearly rent of 4 shillings and 4 pence.
