    1) Richard Goldston of Stacheden 2) William Mylward de le Feld of the parish of Flytte Lease by (1) to (2) of ... all his lands adn tenements and rents and services and all profits in the parish of Flytte and Pulloxhull, reserving to Richard wards, marriages and reliefs, the lease to run from the next Michaelmas for 10 years, the annual rent (to be paid at Stacheden) being 100s 4d (payable at two terms Annunciation of B.V.M [Blessed Virgin Mary] and Michaelmas). (2) to bear all charges, and not to cut down trees without licence of said Richard. Clause to allow re-entry and distraint if rent unpaid for four weeks. Warranty clause. Each party to seal the other's indenture. Witnesses: Robert Ratele, Thomas Whyte, John Sampson of Stachden. Given at Stagsden, no seal tag left. 12 August 20 Henry VI 1442
