Sir James Duberly, knight of Gaius Hall, Great Staughton. -- The Manor of Bolnhurst; the tithes of corn in the old inclosed parts of Bolnhurst and in Pertenhall and Keysoe; 2 farmhouses in occupation lately of William Beaumont and Stephen Parish, and now of John Turner and --- Tombling; closes called the Flawns, the Offness meadow, Great and Little offness, Upper and Lower Bush close, Beaumonts home close, the Way close, the Newlers, the Windings, the Staughtons, the North field, part of the Frostlands; part of the Leesows, Lazers or Layer close; various parts of the late common fields of Bolnhurst, described in more detail, and containing respectively 12,10, 7, 14, 21, 22, 11, 8, 29 & 85 acres (ie totalling about 210 acres); a cottage in occupation John Ball, and one late in occupation -- Russell; all in Bolnhurst, except Frostlands (Keysoe) and Great and Little Offness (Pertenhall).
