(ii) Roy Edward Young, esquire of Dunstable (the tenant)
The landlord conveys unto the tenant the dwelling house and shop, with the garden, situated at 212 High Street North, Dunstable, together with a right of way over the passage way between the conveyed premises and 214 High Street North, Dunstable, and a right to use the drains and sewers thereunder, from the 15th November 1963 for the term of seven years, paying a yearly rent of £624.
