Press cutting stuck in to back with details of sale, as follows: Middle Farm; withdrawn at £6,250. Wold Farm, Souldrop sold to H Cox for £1,100. Cottage & land purchased by J T Brooks for £550. Church and Windmill Hill Farms sold to Mr Gulliver for £1,350. Lee Farm: withdrawn at £3,500. Blackmere Barn Farm sold to Mr Saunders for £1,000. Knotting Fox Farm; not sold. 'Naboth's Vineyard', allotments and pasture purchased by Mr Barton for £190. Five cottges and gardens purchased by Mr Barton for £525. Six cottges and gardens purchased by Mr Barton for £650. Two cottages and smithy sold to Mrs Lovell for £245. Lots 12 & 13 sold together to E H Horrell for £1,300. Lots 10, 11 and 14 were withdrawn.
