i) Frederick Charles Polhill Turner
ii) Joseph Aldridge, 27 Montague Place, Russell Square, Middlesex, esquire
reciting the will of Frederick Polhill (who died 20 September 1848) by which estate not otherwise disposed of, bequeathed to i)
now in consideration of £1,000 lent by ii) to i) at 5% interest
i) appoints that £5,000 still owing on deed of 5 June 1848 and all interest etc. shall belong to ii) and he shall hold the same as security for and charged with repayment of said £1,000
