The farm was let under an agreement of 10 Jun 1899 from W E Butlin to Edward Wildman. Both have died; A W Wildman, son of the tenant, has taken over the farm. Instructions recieved from Thursfield, Messiter & Shirlaw, solicitors of Wednesbury, to advise on the rental and capital value of the farm for the widow, Mrs Butlin. Includes copy of agreement, correspondence, plan, notebook and receipt for copies of plan.
