    1) William Mills of Cardington, esquire 2) Sybelle Fairfax, eldest daughter of Rev Charles Henry Fairfax of Dumbleton Rectory, Gloucs 3) Rev Charles Henry Fairfax of Dumbleton Rectory, Gloucs 4) Rev Lewis Gilbertson, minor canon of St Paul's cathedral and Francis Pelham Whitbread of Chelsea. Recites: - marriage settlement dated 8 October 1873 between Rev Charles Henry Fairfax and Emmeline Marian Cookson, Thomas Fairfax (deceased), James Cookson (deceased), Edward Burtenshaw Sugden (now Baron St Leonards), Bertram George Scott Judd (deceased) Edward Christopher York (deceased) and Powlett Charles John Millbank (now Sir P C J Millbank bart.) under which 2) becomes entitled to the reversion expectant on the death of 3) of a 1/5 share of the trust funds. £600 to be advanced on this expectation. Details of trust funds and the sales to be made by the trustees to raise £600. - Will of Theophania Blackett late of Lockburn Hall, Durham, widow, deceased, wherein 3), the nephew of the testatrix, is named residuary legatee, but that 3) has mortgaged his interest. - 3) has a policy of assurance on his life for the sum of £9,000. - 1) has transferred the annuities and stocks mentioned in the schedule to 4) for his part of the agreement. After the marriage of 1) and 2) the trustees shall during the joint lives of 1) and 2) pay the income from the husband's trust funds to 1) and the income from the wifes trust funds to 2) for her separate use. All income to the survivor of 1) and 2) and then in trust for any children of the marriage. Details of various scenarios re. children. Ability to raise funds. Details as to 3)'s life assuarnce policy. What investments are permissible. 3) to pay to 2) annual sum of £200 in quarterly instalments for her separate use. 3), on his death, to pay to 1) £100 with interest in repayment of the sum that 1) has expended on the trousseau of 2). Power to appoint new trustees. Power of trustees to appoint solicitor. Accounts and chargebility of trustees. Schedule of investments transferred by 1) to 4). Signed by all parties.
