Nathaniel Polhill of New Bridge Street died about 19 April 1802 under 21 and intestate and so administration of his goods passed to Ursula Ware, his mother. Said Elizabeth Chambers was sister of said Nathaniel Polhill and is entitled to 1/9th of his personal estate and effects, consisting of 4 annual sums:-

i) have agreed to release to said Ursula Ware, Elizabeth's 1/9th share in personal estate of Nathaniel Polhill and in leasehold property for consideration of £1,430
