i) Robert Joseph Chambers, Lincoln's Inn Fields, Middlesex, esquire and wife Elizabeth ii) Joseph [?James] Ware, New Bridge Street, Blackfriars, London and wife Ursula Nathaniel Polhill of New Bridge Street died about 19 April 1802 under 21 and intestate and so administration of his goods passed to Ursula Ware, his mother. Said Elizabeth Chambers was sister of said Nathaniel Polhill and is entitled to 1/9th of his personal estate and effects, consisting of 4 annual sums:- £29..14s; £4..14s; 206..18s; £55..0s..1d personal estate of said Nathaniel Polhill does now also in part consist of one moiety of manor of Stotney [Scotney] otherwise Bletching Court and certain lands in parish fields of Lidds and Bromhill in Kent and Sussex held of All Souls College, Oxford, for 21 years from 10 October 1802 i) have agreed to release to said Ursula Ware, Elizabeth's 1/9th share in personal estate of Nathaniel Polhill and in leasehold property for consideration of £1,430 so i) releases to Ursula Ware … 1/9th share of said 4 sums … moiety of said leasehold manor signatures of i) and Joseph Ware endorsed: receipt witness: J Wainewright 7 Oct 1808 marked in pencil 'to be kept tho old. It affects the Howbury rent charge'
