    i) Thomas Knight of Stagsden, farmer, bachelor ii) William Hodson of King's Road, St Andrew, Holborn above Bars, Middlesex, gentleman iii) Henry Matthew Hodson of Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, gentleman iv) John Rogers of the same, farmer whereas: Michael Firth, clerk late of Felmersham died seized of messuage and pasture hereinafter described and open field land in lieu of which below described and was afterwards allotted; recites Z19/1 whereas: Mary Firth married John Knight late of Harrold, gentleman recites: Enclosure of Felmersham and allotment to John Knight [see Z19/2] whereas: issue of Mary and John Knight was son John, born Harrold 1772 and 3 daughters; John the son married Susannah Draper at Denton, Northamptonshire 1797 and died 11 November 1812 and Susannah died in October 1829; eldest son of this marriage was i), and there were several other children i) is therefore heir of Mary Firth under said recited will Now: to bar entrail vested in i) in said premises i) conveys to ii) -messuage cottage or tenement with outbuildings, gardens and appurtenances in Felmersham, occupant William Knight -close of pasture 1 acre in Felmersham occupant Joseph Paine -close of arable 14 acres in Felmersham occupant Samuel Swannell (being allotment before mentioned) to suffer common recovery, to enure as i) shall appoint signatures: i) to iii) witnesses: George Burnham, attorney, Wellingborough James Teeton his clerk William Gibbs clerk to Messrs Hodson and Hunt, 19 Kings Road, Grays Inn 5 and 6 February 1830
