to wife Elizabeth, for life … messuage etc., now in occupation of William Lovell, orchard and arable land now in my own occupation, and late the estate of grandfather, Thomas Pratt, deceased. after decease of wife to go to eldest son Thomas Pratt to son, William Pratt … leasehold estate called Englands, with cottage belonging, in Totternhoe, late estate of John Miller, esquire to son Richard Pratt … closes of land in Totternhoe which late father purchased of Richard Wood to son Samuel Pratt … messuage and lands in Totternhoe which late father purchased of John Willison to son James Pratt … cottage and orchard in Church End of Totternhoe now in occupation of William Holt to said wife Elizabeth … all such part of household goods etc. as she shall choose for her own use to wife Elizabeth and sons Thomas and William in trust … capital messuage or farmhouse wherein I now dwell and lands etc. in Totternhoe and Eaton Bray which were purchased by late father from John Miller … live and dead stock, farm implements etc., ready money, debts and personal estate trusts - to sell said capital messuage and all other real estate devised on trust.
