recites from a marriage settlement, 1848, between Thomas Calvert, Ormesby, Yorkshire, gentleman, and Elizabeth Jackson of Normanby House, Ormesby, spinster, as it related to an undivided one tenth part of a messuage, tenement or farm in Holme late in the tenure of Messrs Brunt, and to land, cottages etc.
This property was later conveyed to Mary Gillbanks, widow of Joseph Gillbanks of Whitefield House, Cumberland (the said Mary having been born Mary Jackson, daughter of Ralph Jackson).
