Parties:
(i) G. & A. Bryant Limited of 229 Dunstable Road, Luton
(ii) Farr Factors Limited of 40-50 Collingdon Street, Luton
Property:
(a) fixtures and fittings as listed in the attached inventory (£1000)
(b) stock in trade (price to be determined)
(i) sells all property listed to (ii) and they agree to the following conditions
- a covenant will be drawn up preventing the vendor from carrying out the business of a hardware merchant or supplier of gardening, heating or electrical equipment within a five mile radius within the next five years
- the vendor will release Mrs King from her employment as bookkeeper and will endeavour to secure her services for the purchaser
- the purchaser will employ Mrs King as bookkeeper on the same terms and conditions (specified)
