and John Ashby but formerly in occupation of Gregory Cole, William Cain and Abraham West, built upon the site of a cottage formerly in the occupation of Richard Edwards (b) one piece of land in Hitchin Field in Broadland Furlong, containing 1r 11p and bounded on north, west and south by land of James Whittingstall and on East by the Hitchin Jointway (c) five pieces of land in the same furlong containing 1a 1r 33p, bounded on the north by James Whittingstall and on the south lately by the George Edwards Esq. and now by George Honeybone Field (d) one piece of land in the same furlong containing 1r 27p bounded on the north and south lately by George Brooks and now by Arthur Bold, abutting east on the Hitchin Jointway and west on other lands of Frances Henley Ongley herein to be
