    i) Samuel Steward, Lincolns In Fields, gentleman Reverend Edward Lindsell, Broom, Southill, clerk ii) Sir Peter Payne, Blunham, baronet iii) Robert Lindsell, Biggleswade, esquire reciting indentures Lease and Release 16, 17 July 1835 between 1) John Campbell, esquire 2) John Henry Campbell, esquire 3) Sir Peter Payne 4) Robert Lindsell itself reciting a contract for the purchase by Sir Peter Payne of … mansion house called Blunham house in Blunham with coachouses etc. which were conveyed to Sir Peter Payne and heirs but to the use of Robert Lindsell for 1,000 years, by way of mortgage for securing payment to Lindsell of £2,250, part of the purchase price, and that the copyhold land was surrendered to the same purpose, and that at the time Peter Payne bought premises off Lindsell they were still charged with mortgage to Greenfield and Illidge and reciting indentures of 16, 17 July 1835 between 1) Robert Lindsell 2) Sir Peter Payne 3) Samuel Steward and Edward Lindsell being conveyance by 1) to 3) of freehold, and covenant to surrender copyhold, to hold to 3) in trust to indemnify 2) against mortgage of £3,800 to Greenfield and Illidge reciting that premises were now discharged from mortgage to Greenfield and Illidge
