Discusses the possibility that France may annex Holland, and that the death of Sir R. Abercombie/Abercromby was the only drawback to English success in Egypt. Mentions suffering from rheumatic pains, and found that vitriolic ether has cured her. Also mentions Mr Thomas Hope has refitted Dowager Lady Warnic’s house in Mansfield Street.
