To daughter Ann Manning, widow 1/2 farmhouse called the Forty in Wyboston in the occupation of William Emery, and lands in Eaton Socon and Roxton; unless son Henry pays her £2000; also farmhouse in Chauston in the occupation of Jas. Ford. To daughter Susan wife of William Faux 1/4 of above (unless Henry pays £1000). To Henry the other 1/4. To trustees (Ann Manning, Henry Rugeley and Thomas Underwood of Somersham) 24 acres in Pidley, Hunts for daughter Susan. To grandsons Henry Houghton Rugeley, close in St Ives. To trustees property in Somersham to sell; also copyhold lands in Somersham & St Ives. To Thomas Underwood £50. To daughter Ann Manning share under will of aunt Susan Livett in close at Gamlingay; also hare in tolls on Bury-Stratton turnpike road. To children of late husband's brother Henry £250.
