- Scope and Contentas X336/5, and that after widow's death, John and Richard Orlebar on 12 January 1759 executed a lease of the whole jointure to Trustees for 99 years, to prevent a forfeiture, and in the Hilary Term 1759 they suffered a common recovery to dock entail, and to uses (Lease and Release 18, 19 January 1759) i.e. to use John Swale to secure payment of £1,400 mortgage, then to uses John and Richard Orlebar [see X336/7, X336/10-11] cover: "Mr Pratt's, Mr Yorke's, Mr Booth's and Mr Duane's Opinions on a clause in Mr Bromsall's Will devising his Estates at Blunham etc. to Mr Orlebar"
