Case says that testator left a real estate of £60 or £70 per annum which descended to John Robinson, esquire as his heir at law, the other legacies remaining unpaid for want of personal assets. Widow has now been dead for 3 years, and so John Orlebar has entered on estate late her jointure. John Orlebar has only one son, Richard, now of age, and the daughter Constantia is now of age and is unmarried
