These case files contain some or all of the following items: Child’s Personal Case Record ; medical record card ; photographs ; application for admission into care ; Review of Child or Young Person form ; case conference on the child ; and a daily record of progress at the Nursery. The list contains child’s name ; date of birth ; covering dates of file. Closed for 100 years from date of birth
