    Parties: (i) George Frederick Farr, George Dudley Farr and Frederick Herbert Farr of Luton (the vendors) (ii) G. F. Farr & Sons Limited (the company) Habendum: £16,012 2s 11d was owing to (i) by (ii) for the assets comprised in the former agreeement and £100 has already been paid; (i) now conveys to (ii) the properties specified in the schedule for £20,000 Operative Part: (ii) will pay the total £35,912 3s 11d now owing with £9,912 being paid in cash and £26,000 divided into 15,100 preference shares of £1 each and 10,900 ordinary shares of £1 each in the capital of the company to be issued to (i) with 6,500 of the preference shares to George Frederick Farr, 10,900 of the ordinary shares to George Dudley Farr and 8,600 preference shares to Frederick Herbert Farr Property: (a) plot of land with premises known as 48 and 50 Collingdon Street in Luton, all which were conveyed to George Frederick Farr in 1928 by Richard Sear (b) plot of land with premises known as 52 and 54 Collingdon Street in Luton, all which were conveyed to George Frederick Farr in 1938 by Elizabeth Louisa Lovell (c) plot of land with premises known as 56 Collingdon Street in Luton, conveyed to George Frederick Farr in 1912 by William Pateman (d) plot of land with premises known as 58 and 60 Collingdon Street in Luton, all which were conveyed to George Frederick Farr in 1921 by William Pateman (e) plot of land with premises known as 62 Collingdon Street in Luton, all which were conveyed to George Frederick Farr in 1930 by John Thomas Lee and Caroline Hawkes (f) plot of land with factory premises known as 31, 33, 35 and 37 Collingdon Street in Luton, all which were conveyed to George Frederick Farr in 1946 by Stewart Butler Hubbard (g) plot of land with premises known as 39 and 41 Collingdon Street in Luton, all which were conveyed to George Frederick Farr in 1945 by Gladys May Farr (h) plot of land with factory premises known as 12 and 12a Liverpool Road in Luton, all which were conveyed to George Frederick Farr in 1946 by Stewart Butler Hubbard (i) plot of land with premises known as 14, 14a and 16 Liverpool Road in Luton, all which were conveyed to George Frederick Farr in 1945 by Florence Emily Parker (j) plot of land with premises known as 43 Collingdon Street in Luton, all which were conveyed to (i) in 1949 by Percy George Parker Witness: - E.
