    i) William Frederick Gore Langton, 2 Princes Gate, Hyde Park, London, esquire ii) Charles Gayton, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, solicitor supplemental to principal indenture of 15 December 1831 (being the settlement previous to the marriage of John Montagu Burgoyne and Mary Harriet Gore Langton) and appointment of new trustees of 25 and 26 September 1851, and to 2 indentures of 14 March 1883 being an appointment of new trustees and a conveyance of rent charges Dame Mary Harriet Burgoyne died on 1 April 1890 whereupon the trust funds became payable (as to 2/3rds) to trustees of settlement on marriage of Gerald Francis Ellison with Lilian Amy Bruce, and (as to 1/3rd part) to Sir John Montagu Burgoyne sum of £15..14s..3d cash mentioned in Appointment of new trustees of 14 March 1883 was applied in payment of costs of that indenture. By Order of Chancery Division dated 29 January 1897 in re Arabin's Settled Estates a sum of £10,000 (being £5,000 and £5,000 subject to trusts of principal indenture) is standing to credit of i) and John Walpole D'Oyley John Walpole D'Oyley died on 5 April 1897 without having obtained said £10,000 out of Court reciting deed of 1897 by which 2 equal 1/3rd parts in 2 yearly rent charges of £150 each were conveyed to trustees of marriage settlement of Gerald Francis Ellison with Lilian Amy Bruce reciting deed of even date with the last remaining 1/3rd part was conveyed to ii) to such uses as Sir John Montagu Burgoyne should appoint and in default of appointment to use of ii) in trust for Sir John Montagu Burgoyne ii) being unable to alone obtain said sum of £10,000 out of court is desirous of appointing ii) as trustee in place of John Walpole D'Oyley deceased now i) appoints ii) to be a trustee of the principal indenture in place of John Walpole D'Oyley and jointly with him i) also declares that said 2 sums of £5,000 and £5,000 and debts etc. shall vest in i) and ii) as trustees and joint tenants ii) consents to be such a Trustee signatures of i) and ii) witnesses: James H Clouder, butler, 2 Prince's Gate, SW.
