supplemental to mortgage of 12 March 1869 and 1 April 1870 whereby mortgage debt became vested in Newell Connop
reciting deed of 14 March 1882 being a deed of appointment of new trustees of the marriage settlement of Dame Mary Harriet Burgoyne and Sir John Montagu Burgoyne, deceased
reciting also the death of Newell Connop on 23 June 1889. In will dated 15 June 1889 he did not nominate any executor and Letters of Administration with will annexed were granted to i) on 5 September 1889
Dame Mary Harriet Burgoyne died on 1 April 1890 whereby the jointure rent charge of £660 ceased to be payable

now in consideration of £1,000 paid by iii) to i) by direction of ii)
i) as personal representative of Newell Connop deceased, and by direction of ii) assigns to iii)
