i) Ann Yarde Connop, Bradfield Hall, Reading, Berkshire, widow ii) Sir John Montagu Burgoyne, Sutton Park, baronet iii) Emma Julia Barrow, Talconeston, Norfolk, spinster supplemental to mortgage of 12 March 1869 and 1 April 1870 whereby mortgage debt became vested in Newell Connop reciting deed of 14 March 1882 being a deed of appointment of new trustees of the marriage settlement of Dame Mary Harriet Burgoyne and Sir John Montagu Burgoyne, deceased reciting also the death of Newell Connop on 23 June 1889. In will dated 15 June 1889 he did not nominate any executor and Letters of Administration with will annexed were granted to i) on 5 September 1889 Dame Mary Harriet Burgoyne died on 1 April 1890 whereby the jointure rent charge of £660 ceased to be payable charges to which deed is subject is specified in schedule £1,000 is still due now in consideration of £1,000 paid by iii) to i) by direction of ii) i) as personal representative of Newell Connop deceased, and by direction of ii) assigns to iii) … said sum and principal indenture … Manor, farms, lands which were expressed in principal indenture to be granted for life interest of ii) in default of heirs male of his body and which are now vested in i) to be held by iii) for life interest of ii) subject to redemption on repayment of said £1,000 … policy of assurance for £1,000 on life of ii) numbered 19039 With schedule referring to sums of £262, £300, £400, £225, £150, £25, and £50 being rent charges, interest on sums borrowed etc. signatures of i) and ii) witnesses: William Frederick Archdale, Baldock, Hertfordshire Henry Connop, Bradfield Hall, Reading, gentleman 2 Aug 1892 also Release a) Emma Julia Barrow b) Sir John Montagu Burgoyne consideration - all principal and interest having been paid a) releases to b) … policy on life of b) numbered 19039 and sum of £1,000 thereby secured … all her estate and interest in Manor and property subject to redemption freed and discharged from said principal sum of £1,000 signature of a) witness: Charles Foster, Norwich, solicitor 15 Feb 1896
