i) Sir John Montagu Burgoyne, Sutton Park, baronet
ii) Charles Gayton, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, gentleman
reciting the marriage settlement of i) and Amy Smith, 8 October 1856, and the marriage settlement of Sir John Montagu Burgoyne senior and Dame Mary Harriet Burgoyne on 15 December 1831, and various mortgages etc., and charges on the estates of i)
now in consideration of £500 paid to i) by ii)
i) covenants to repay said sum and interest at 6% per annum
also i) assigns to ii)
… annual income to arise during life of i) from 1/3rd part of

subject to redemption upon payment of said £500 and interest
if interest is paid promptly then to be at 5% per annum
