i) John Wyman French, Hillside, Little Anwell, Hertfordshire, miller John Heaver, Botham, Sussex, farmer ii) Sir John Montagu Burgoyne, Sutton Park, baronet supplemental to an indenture of further charge dated 10 January 1866 a) Sir John Montagu Burgoyne b) William Wyman, late of Ware Westmill Farm, farmer, deceased to secure repayment of £500 and interest above is endorsed on mortgage of 19 February 1864 between same parties to secure repayment of £1,000 reciting also will of William Wyman dated 24 October 1866 by which he appointed i) as his executors. He died on 10 May 1868. Proved Prerogative Court of Canterbury on 12 June 1868 said sums of £1,000 and £500 are still owing but all interest has been paid now in consideration of £510..17s..3d secured by principal indenture and interest i) as personal representatives of John Wyman deceased, release to ii) … policy on his life in the Atlas Assurance Company dated 2 December 1863 and numbered 17656 and sum assured … Manor and all property vested in them subject to redemption under the principal indenture, from said sum of £500 signatures of i) witnesses: Charles Gayton, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, solicitor John Wilson, Great Hadham, Hertfordshire, solicitor's clerk
