i) John Longland Ekins, Woodhurst, farmer John Edwards, St Ives, farmer Frank Ballcock, Hemingford Abbotts, farmer George Ekins Daintree, Fenton, farmer John Frank, St Ives, insurance agent (all of county of Huntingdon, Trustees) ii) Sir John Montagu Burgoyne, Sutton Park, baronet By annual Turnpike Act continuance Act 1874, is provided that the Local Act for repairing road from Shelton's Lane, Bury, Huntingdonshire, to the former Spread Eagle, Stratton, Biggleswade, should expire on 1 November 1876 i) being desirous of selling the toll house by the sides of the said roads have offered below mentioned toll house for sale to ii) as owner of surrounding land now in consideration of £35 paid by ii) to i) i) grant to ii) … the Sutton toll house and garden … barn and outbuildings on other side of said road signatures of i) endorsed receipt witness: Cuthbert E Greene, clerk to said Trustees
